Jen and Jay Video Teaser

Jen and Jay, the ultimate videographers dream couple. They have been game for just about anything from the start (see TTD session in 0 degrees earlier this year). Here is a video teaser for them, cut to a song by Coldplay that has nothing to do with weddings but as I said, this couple lets me stretch out a bit and have some fun. Jen and Jay, you are one of a kind and I will always consider both of you a friend. Thank you for all your support.
Vendor credits on this great day go to: Zenobia Photography, Kristin Greene Makeup and All 4 You DJ’S.
PS: I got the opening "ring roll" shot to stop on the first take! I swear.

Lauren and Joe

Every wedding has at least one unique moment that I can always associate with that particular Bride and Groom. For Lauren and Joe it was during their vows. Lauren had started to laugh just a little then took a deep breath and this rush of emotion just flowed out.In a matter of seconds it was funny and then very emotional. That is what I will remember most.

Nicole and Andy

Andy, the professional soccer player in Europe met the beautiful Nicole while playing soccer for Boston University. These two have an incredibly fun and loving relationship and this wedding was a blast. Jennifer Neves was the photographer and set up great shots for me all day--thanks Jen. She even saved the day when there was a spill on the gown. The Night Rhythm band kept this party rolling all night at Regatta Place. Golden Gate (who else!) did the flowers. So as the song says lets "kick" it off.

Erin and Steve

Erin and Steve, a couple that I will remember for a long time. Passionate, funny, emotional and most of all, kind. It was a pleasure to shoot this wedding. My good friend Dave Bibeault from DB Photography did his usual tremendous job and Anne and Glen from All 4 You DJ'S kept the dance floor packed all night. Here is a Highlight Montage for Erin and Steve.

Kelly and Kevin Video Trailer

Kelly and Kevin, where do I start? Kelly met with me back in 2008 and had a very clear vision of what kind of video she wanted for her wedding. We decided to try something a little different than my “normal style” and put together a true keepsake style production with back stories, family interviews, pre-wedding day shoots and other goodies. There is an old saying in this business, “it’s all about the bride” but shooting this wedding in the days leading up to and day of, taught me that it can be all about family. The trailer clip that I am posting is just a tiny glimpse into their amazing day and when all is complete I will post the highlight montage to‘’show off’ all the beautiful imagery and details from the wedding. I have to mention my two good friends, Melissa Robotti Photography and Victor from PartyTime. Melissa was absolutely incredible. The work and effort she put forth that day was truly awesome. Victor did an amazing job of not only as a DJ but also a terrific MC who kept everything flowing just perfect. Both their reputations are deserved and I love working with them. Kelly and Kevin thank you for having me peek into your lives and I hope you enjoy this clip.

Amanda and Peter 5-16-09

Amanda and Pete were literally my 2nd couple booked when I took the leap of faith last year. Quick edit previews are now only included in the WeddingStories Cinematic package, but I wanted to acknowledge Amanda and Pete for their faith and confidence in me when I went out on my own. So here is a quick edit preview of their beautiful wedding. Photographer Keith Berry was a pleasure to work with as was All 4 You DJ'S--very good and very professional. Golden Gate Florist--well check out the flowers in this video clip and I think they speak for themselves. The Crowne always does a great job and the Rotunda room looked beautiful. And with some accent uplighting and custom wedding monogram projected onto the the dance floor by WeddingStories Uplighting (shameless plug) it really was a special wedding. Amanda and Pete enjoy this preview and thank you for your support.

Cara and Kyle - Same Day Edit Show

Cara and Kyle had a beautiful wedding at the Biltmore on Saturday. This clip is the slideshow/same day edit that was shown at the reception after introductions. I'll pick it up from the end of the photo montage then transitions to the same day edit. The crowd reaction at the transition was priceless and Cara and Kyle loved it, happy couple--happy videographer. A tip of the hat to DJ Lou from XtremeSoundzRI for the audio feed, it sounded great! For all my "Biltmore brides' I will post a highlight clip from the reception when I finish the dvd.

Another Bride Prep

This Before the Ceremony clip is a little more traditional than the last 2 posted below. I like it and there is a nice shot of the talented Melissa Robotti at work. It also gives me a chance to try out my new Exposure Room embed code--hope it works!

TTD Video Session

So apparently Jenny/Zenobia Studios has turned Jen into the queen of Trash The Dress sessions--lol--so I jumped at the invitation to shoot this with Jen and Jay. TTD video shoots are wildly popular with some of my favorite wedding videographers throughout the Country and I have been dying to get this service off the ground. So WeddingStories will be offering TTD video shoots for individual/couples or group bride sessions for 2009. It can be a "mild" trash or an "extreme" trash--let's talk! I love this genre because it gives me a chance to stretch the imagination and I can use just about any song I want. Love it! Hope you do too.

Jenna and Thomas

I work with a lot of great and talented vendors all wedding season long. Two of my favorites were at the wedding of Jenna and Tom, DB Photography and The Cover to Cover Band. I wanted to put together a little highlight montage that really showcased their hard and awesome work that day and night. Dave Bibeault set up some great shots on the seawall and at the lighthouse--it made for compelling video footage. The Cover to Cover Band just absolutely rocked the house.
Great couple.... great wedding.

Tarah and Paul - Highlights

OK--after the holiday crunch of getting DVDS out the door and getting ready for this weekends Bridal Expo--it's time to start posting up some more clips from this past season. Be on the lookout for more clips and some big and new announcements coming soon.
What a beautiful wedding. Magdalena from The Event Diva planned the ultimate "red carpet" wedding and Tarah and Paul were the stars. The Cathedral and the Westin Hotel provided the settings for ceremony and reception. Kim Praast from Kim Praast Photography was amazing, Flowers by Semia outdid herself if that's possible, and the Flipside band absolutely tore the house down--WOW. Enjoy the highlight montage.
